Here we go again....

Well, yesterday, it all went wrong. Today is the day to put it right. Is I tried to re-solder the bezel, but it was too small. So had to do it again. So the solder went well and I was just about to solder the bezel to the base, when I realised I had to sand it down a millimetre!! OOOOh, nearly made another mistake.

So, Bezel sanded down to the right size. So now to solder the bezel to the base and also to solder the jump ring.

Progress is slow, but we are getting there. Had to re-do the jumping, but happy with the result. So now all rubbish removed and base polished, to within an inch of it’s life

Here it is nice and polished. That was tough. But feeling really chuffed with it.

And here it is, all sitting beautifully in it’s new home.
